The Watch List (Add) link will add a document from a results list to your Watch List if you have created a list.
To add a document to a list:
Click on the Watch List (Add) link.
Select your list from the drop-down menu. If you have not created a list, click on the Create New List link, and then return to your results list to add the document to the list.
Leave the Most Recent and Document alert options selected.
Click the Submit button.
