If you subscribe to the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), Engineering Sciences Data Unit (ESDU), or the Minerals Management Service (MMS) Referenced Standards collections, the Table of Contents tab provides an expandable folder structure that allows you to navigate through these collections.
Click on the folder icon with a green plus (+)
sign to expand a collection. 
The red minus (-) sign on a folder indicates that the collection will
not expand further. 
Once at the document level, click on the page
icon. 
You are first prompted to accept or decline the
copyright restrictions and terms and conditions before you can view a
document. Click Accept.
The document page is then displayed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. You
can also choose to:
view more details about the document by clicking on the Document Details tab
view a list of any other documents that reference this document (if available or applicable) by clicking on the References tab
add the document to your Favorites list by clicking on the Favorites (Add) link
add the document to a Custom list by clicking on the Custom (Add) link.
4. Click Close to close the document view window.
5. To collapse the ASME BPVC Table of Contents, click the folder with the red minus (-) sign.
