For users of subaccounts that contain the Account Notes feature, the Account Notes search field appears twice on the Search tab/pane. The first field is displayed with a checkbox under the Keywords search feature. If this Account Notes checkbox is checked, then the checkboxes for Titles, Abstracts, and All Document Text are disabled, and only the text that includes the subject and body of Account Notes is searched.
Enter a keyword(s) in the Keyword(s) or Text field, check Account Notes, and then click Search. The search results list documents that contain Account Notes with your keyword in the subject or body of the note.
