For users of subaccounts that contain the Account Notes feature, the Account Notes search field appears twice on the Search tab/pane. The second Account Notes is the Account Notes Filter By checkbox. When checked, the Filter By Account Notes checkbox, located immediately below the My Subscription checkbox, returns results only for documents that contain an Account Note.
